Steve brings more than 15 years of experience across emergency services, municipal emergency management, disaster response coordination, emergency operations, and logistics. He has served as a municipal Emergency Management Coordinator since 2015 and has worked across public, private, and nonprofit sectors.

Ray brings more than 25 years of public-safety experience spanning fire service, law enforcement, 911 communications, and municipal emergency management. A PEMA-certified Municipal Emergency Management Coordinator, Ray also brings extensive experience in special-event management, damage assessment, incident coordination, and whole-community preparedness.
